· Worked on multiple application installation issues and provided fix to L2 support thru SOP.

· Strong knowledge and experience with PC hardware and software technology to provide assistance to End User Support staff.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply these skills to identify and resolve system functionality and performance related issues.

· Provide guidance to co-workers and tier 1 and 2 support techs to fix SCCM client related issues.

· Working under general direction, providing technical solutions to a wide range of problems.

· With guidance, perform patch management, application packaging and distribution, and operating system deployment (OSD)

· Daily Job, Create Advertisement/Collections/ within an SCCM 2012 environment and Deploy the application as the scheduled change.

· Work with key platform vendors (Microsoft, HP, etc.) for support to resolve issues as well as platform strategy development.

· Analyze SCCM log files, provide patch management support and maintenance window operations.

· Develops innovative solutions and refines processes to improve service delivery.
